AARP (Anycast Address Resolving Protocol)

We have implemented AARP which works as a module of FreeBSD and allows your machine to establish a TCP connection to an anycast address. The spec of AARP is described in "A Protocol for Anycast Address Resolving" <draft-ata-ipv6-anycast-app-01.txt>
